From the desk
Two monitors, a run of show, and a headset. Everything the room sees was called from a table at the back of it, one cue at a time.

House to half. Eighteen years of general sessions, trade shows and festivals, called from the headset. The room only gets one take.

A 24-hour load-in, a high-energy fashion show, and Blue Man Group headlining. All of it inside one day, for a century and a half of legacy.

Eight hundred seats, a ribbon ceiling and an hour of walk-in music. By the time anyone sits down the show has already been running for two days.
The first show ever called in the new auditorium, on a brand new campus in Chicago. Brought in by Agency EA and The Obama Foundation.

I call shows. General sessions, trade shows, festivals, activations. Eighteen years on a headset making sure the thing that was supposed to happen happens, on time, in front of everybody.
Production companies. Meeting planners. Creative agencies. I show up as producer, stage manager, show caller or breakout lead, whatever the gap is. Plug and play. Anywhere.

Eighteen years of live events. General sessions, trade shows, brand activations, festivals. Production companies and agencies bring me in to run the room, and I show up as whatever the room is missing: producer, stage manager, show caller, breakout lead.

Eighteen years of general sessions, trade shows, brand activations and festivals. Production companies and agencies bring me in to run the room, and I take whatever seat is open: producer, stage manager, show caller, breakout lead.
Every channel is a room I've run. The faders are set where they usually sit: general sessions loudest, virtual quietest but never off. Production companies, meeting planners and agencies bring me in to hold the mix together.
